The great thing about doing clinical Pilates at PhysioXtra is that every class is run by a Physiotherapist which means that you will always be receiving expert care.
Before starting a class, each client undertakes an individual assessment looking at specific needs and areas of attention. Our classes are deliberately kept small so that we can maximise our one on one time with clients.
All classes run for 45 minutes and are held throughout the day (starting before work) to assist patients with their work/life balance and helping them squeeze exercise into their schedule. Plus it’s all claimable through your Private Health Cover!
