For those new to PhysioXtracise or seasoned regulars, you can have peace of mind that you’ll get a tailored, individual assessment before commencing a class that looks at your specific needs and areas of attention. Our classes are deliberately kept small so that we can maximise our one on one time with clients. Whether you are an elite athlete wanting to work on your flexibility and control to get an edge on your competitors, or a less active person wanting to build your strength or manage an injury, the classes are tailored for your needs.
All classes run for 45 minutes and are held throughout the day (starting before work) to assist patients with their work/life balance and helping them squeeze exercise into their schedule. Plus it’s all claimable through your Private Health Cover!
PhysioXtracise is a unique form of Clinical Exercise Class (incorporating Pilates and other exercise equipment) that is designed to condition the entire body through focusing on alignment, core strength, breathing and controlled movement.
Class times in bold are held in the Pirie Street downstairs studio.
