We are still open for physiotherapy, clinical small-group exercise and podiatry services.
As an essential service, we are remaining open to fulfill physiotherapy and podiatry requirements for our local community.
We are ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene, as your safety and the safety of our staff is paramount to us.
Group exercise is limited to 4 people per class to ensure that we comply with the government social distancing restrictions, and you can be assured that we are constantly cleaning every single surface!
Please use caution and common sense, and do not attend if you are unwell.
PhysioXtra Victor Harbor is located a short walk from the town centre and Ocean St shopping Precinct. Since opening in 2016 we have developed strong connections within the Victor and surrounding areas including sporting clubs, schools and businesses particularly neighbouring gyms, and local medical centres to provide exceptional care to everyone within the community.
PhysioXtracise is a unique form of Clinical Exercise Class (incorporating Pilates and other exercise equipment) that is designed to condition the entire body through focusing on alignment, core strength, breathing and controlled movement.
All of our physiotherapists are highly trained in general musculoskeletal and sporting injuries and they work with various state and national representative teams. Extensive ongoing education is provided to ensure continual improvement and all physiotherapy consultations are 30 minutes to guarantee a thorough diagnosis and treatment.
